Mitchell Slodowitz

Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director

Mitchell Slodowitz is the chief financial officer and a managing director of Carrick Capital Partners where he is directly involved in finance, administration, investor reporting, and assisting portfolio company CFOs.

An experienced CFO with a sophisticated understanding of a wide range of financial issues, Mitch is responsible for investment due diligence and deal structuring. He also works closely with portfolio company CFOs in optimizing tax programs; structuring financing, lending and debt instruments; and securing training and state tax grants. Mitch is an active member of the board of Infinia ML.

Previously, Mitch served as CFO of Accretive, LLC. Earlier in his career, he was a tax manager in the Personal Tax Group of the New York office of Deloitte & Touche where he specialized in working with high-net-worth individuals and venture capital firms.

A CPA, Mitch earned his BBA in accounting from The College of William & Mary. In his spare time, Mitch enjoys hiking, traveling and time with his family.
