Austin Clayton is a Finance Associate at Carrick Capital Partners where he is involved with maintaining and improving portfolio monitoring and reporting for Carrick’s portfolio companies.
In his role, Austin works closely with the CFO and Controller in preparing quarterly valuations, portfolio memos, and investor letters, and he assists with accounting and reporting for the company.
Previously, Austin worked in PwC’s mergers and acquisitions tax practice on a team specializing in partnership taxation and tax receivable agreements.
Austin graduated from the University of Iowa with a BBA in accounting and a Master of Accountancy, and he is a certified public accountant. In his free time, Austin enjoys trying new restaurants, yoga, running, reading, and baking.
