Working closely with Carrick Managing Director Mike Salvino, Rob supports the identification, selection and post-investment growth guidance of the firm’s companies in the machine learning (ML) and tech-enabled services sectors.

Prior to joining Carrick, Rob received his MBA from Harvard Business School. Previously, he worked for Accenture as a consultant for venture capital clients and then as a Corporate M&A specialist focused on tech-enabled services. Rob studied Government & Law, and Economics at Lafayette College.
