Suzanne Passalacqua

Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer

Suzanne Passalacqua is a Managing Director and the Chief Financial Officer at Carrick Capital Partners, where she is responsible for finance, compliance, capital efficiency and optimization in evaluating investments and supporting portfolio companies.

Suzanne has been designing and executing strategy alongside founders and visionaries for 20 years. She brings a principal, legal, corporate finance, and operations perspective to every project. Suzanne provides hands-on support to developing business models, executing Carrick’s vision, and promoting continuous improvement.

In her previous roles at DLJ, McKesson, Tamalpais Ventures and 5 Lights, Suzanne led M&A transactions, buy-outs, and corporate restructurings across corporate finance and strategic initiatives. She has led strategic and operational model development, created business infrastructure, and enjoys taking deep dives into discrete projects to bridge resource gaps.

Suzanne earned her BA in economics and Italian from the University of California at Davis, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law. Suzanne is a member of the California State Bar and her accomplishments include having won a favorable decision from the California Supreme Court. When not in the office, Suzanne can be found running trails; jumping horses; growing, making and eating food; and trying to keep up with her husband and three kids.
